Hash Browns

Ingredients:

2 big potatoes
1 red onion
¼ cup flour
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Frying oil

Method

Shred the potatoes and clean it under the water. Pat dry the potatoes with paper towels.

In a bowl combine the potatoes, onion, flour and the egg. Mix correctly.
Using hands shape the potatoes as potato steaks. 

In a pan, heat some oil add the “potato steaks”.
Cook until the underside is golden brown, then flip the steak. Remove from pan and dry on absorbent paper
Add salt and pepper to taste
